4 Propiedades diferentes han sido fusionadas para crear un inmueble de 2400 metros cuadrados con exquisitos detalles arquitectónicos y de diseño. Paredes en piedra de cantera y columnas a través de la propiedad has sido talladas y esculpidas a mano con intrincados diseños de artesanos Mexicanos los cuales han aprendido este conocimiento por generaciones. Bóvedas de ladrillo (un arte local y en vías de extinción), arte arquitectónico en vidrio, puertas y pasa manos de hierro forjado, muebles de madera hechos a la medida, chimeneas talladas (6 de ellas), y azulejos artesanales Mexicanos llenos de color han sido artísticamente incorporados en la casa con notables resultados.

Al entrar a través de su puerta principal, lamparas Mexicanas cortadas a mano de metal y cristal iluminan con un romántico esplendor Español que llenan de luz y sombras los arcos de este corredor y techos en una demostración de diseño y esplendor.

Hay numerosas areas de descanso, acogedores lugares de reunion, así como también pequeños, e íntimos lugares que ofrecen un tranquilo refugio. Al centro de la casa hay una amplia cocina gourmet con paredes de piedra. Sala/comedor con sus paredes de piedra y techos de bóveda, y amplios ventanales que ofrecen una mirada a un amplio jardín. La alberca y area de spa de la propiedad se encuentra en un amplio patio rodeado de altísimas paredes de piedra con cantera esculpidas con un relieve de enredaderas y flores. Jardines privados adicionales en patios y terrazas añaden un ambiente de descanso al aire libre en la propiedad.

Hay acceso a internet en toda la propiedad y sistema de TV via satélite tanto con programación Mexicana como Americana.

Staff

Totalmente provista de personal, Tres cervezas incluye encargados completamente bilingües, Jonnathan y George, nuestra chef privada Aide, recamareras, y jardineros. Antes de su llegada, pueden hacerse arreglos para actividades y servicios de clase mundial. Comidas, compras y clases de cocina pueden programarse con nuestro chef durante su estancia. Nuestro personal esta totalmente preparado para satisfacer cualquiera de sus necesidades cumpliendo con la experiencia definitiva de la lujosa vida de San Miguel de Allende.

The stay here was simply magical. San Miguel might be the prettiest town in Mexico but I venture to say that the beauty of this estate, with it’s breathtaking views and kind staff, make an argument to keeping indoors. We had fifteen members in our group, aged 1-45, each with different needs and expectations. I believe all expectations were more than fulfilled. The sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable, the food was amazing and the managers, Jorge and Jonathan were both professional and friendly. The architectural details of this home are exquisite. Leaving San Miguel was the hardest part of our vacation.

How to begin? First of all, Tres Cervezas is a beautiful six bedroom courtyard estate. A seventh bedroom master suite is also available. Many of the bedroom have Fireplaces, and all are beautifully decorated with very nice bed linens, and very stylish decor. Every room has an en suite bath. There are many wonderful public places to hang out. My favorite was the outdoor courtyard arbor with sectional sofa and fire pit. You have the fresh air and sounds of a fountain, very relaxing. There were beautiful fresh flowers everywhere. There was a large living room, with large dining table, and a small bar. We spent a lot of time in the well equipped kitchen, with comfy seating area and TV, enjoying the wonderful breakfasts cooked by the staff, right there. There is also a rooftop lounge area, complete with nice bar, and beautiful views of the city. Speaking of the city, Très Cervezas is in a wonderful location, and couldn’t be more convenient to stroll into the shopping areas or the main square. George and Jonnathan were wonderful, and we hated to leave them. They arranged so many conveniences for us, taxi rides, shopping, excursions, etc. I highly recommend Très Cervezas!

Upon arrival the unassuming entrance doors to Casa Tres Cervesas opened from the street to reveal a wonderland of classic Mexican architecture, lush greenery, fresh flowers throughout, and bedrooms full of individual regional character. It took years and years for this place to evolve and grow organically and thoughtfully under the direction of its owner and watchful eye of its onsite proprietor, George. Our stay at Casa Tres Cervesas was four days, and I continued to discover new magical spaces throughout that time. The staff was as nice as could be and took care of everything seemingly before we could ask. I could hear them quietly making their way to the kitchen very early in the morning in order to ensure coffee was made and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. When I was summoned via the wafting smell of bacon, the kitchen table was always a sight of fresh fruit, breads, and your choice of breakfast made to order. The shower was strong and hot, the rooms were attended to within minutes of leaving, and the constant sound of trickling fountains pervade the entire property. This home is literally a 5 minute walk to the town square with any number of restaurant and shopping choices on the way. The morning of our departure George arrived at 2:45 AM to make our coffee, ensure our driver to the airport showed up on time at 3:15, and say his thanks before leaving. Given its sprawling size, location, staff, and absolute beauty, Casa Tres Cervesas will not disappoint. The photo gallery does not and cannot do it justice. Thank you George!
